2) Orders & Contract
- Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch/ready-for-pickup confirmation.
- We may cancel and refund for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3) Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are:
- Accra: Within 24 hours
- Outside Accra: Within 72 hours
- Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or pickup by you/your agent.
- Report missing, damaged, or wrong items within 48 hours with photos.
4) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns, exchanges and refunds will be eligible withing 48 hours when items shipped is intact or the fault is from us.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
5) Product Information & Availability
- We aim for accurate descriptions and images; minor color/finish variations may occur.
- We may limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
